ChPCO™ CHIEF PROJECT CONTROL OFFICER™ CREDENTIAL CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS PROCESS:

The prospective ChPCO™ applicant shall typically have a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree with FIVE or more years of work related experience preferably in senior management, senior level/executive level project control, program & project management; management, financial management, accounting, operations management, operations and production management, business management, business, analysis, information technology, engineering (all disciplines), contracts, procurement, acquisitions, or Earned Value Management (EVM).

ChPCO™ participants will create their “My ChPCO Strategy Playbook™” and will apply their playbook to implement strategies for comprehensive industry standard Risk, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Agile Project Management, Project Control and Quality Management Systems across their projects and organizations.

“My ChPCO Strategy Playbook™” is based on completing ten exercises based on the ten modules covered. All templates and forms for your “My ChPCO Strategy Playbook™” will be provided.

“My ChPCO Strategy Playbook™” provides all EVMi® certified ChPCO™s with a set of high level Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation strategies, Agile Project Management and Control, Risk Management Industry Standards implementation strategies, Quality Management industry Standards implementation strategies, Planning & Scheduling Strategies, EVMATOM® Earned Value Management Accountability Transparency and Oversight Matrix® strategies, and best practices Project Management and Project Control strategies used to effectively and efficiently manage projects across all industries successfully, which means, projects are delivered within budget; on schedule and of top quality.

ALL ChPCO™ participants must complete and submit their “My ChPCO Strategy Playbook™” within 30 Days after the last day of their ChPCO™ class and must receive a grade of 80% or more to become ChPCO™ certified
