Automatically Collected Information. Some information is automatically received and sometimes collected from you when you visit the Earned Value Management Institute®’s web site at: www.evmi.com. we receive and collect the name of the domain and host from which you access the internet; the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer that you are using; the browser software you use and your operating system; the date and time you access our site; and the internet address of the web site from which you linked directly to our site. We use this information to monitor the usage of our site. Information Collected Via Cookies. We use cookies to enhance the browsing and shopping experience on the www.evmi.com site. “Cookies” are small files or records that we place on your computer’s hard drive to collect information about your activities on the www.evmi.com and these are the only computers which are authorized to read such information. Our products, solutions and services are marketed for the purchase by adults (over 18 years). This is why Earned Value Management Institute® at www.evmi.com requires a credit card that has been authorized for use to complete purchases on our site. Subscribers to www.evmi.com services, solutions and products must be over the age of 18.
Earned Value Management Institute® will commence on-line credit card transactions processing in the immediate future. At this time, we accept checks, money orders and cashiers checks only. Payment instructions are on registration forms for each course.
(3) Linking to Third-Party Web Sites:
When you click on links to our sites that take you to third-party web sites, you will be subject to the third parties’ privacy policies. While we support the protection of privacy on the Internet, www.evmi.com can not be responsible for the actions of third-party web sites. Our Policy for Shipping Program Materials and Lectures
PROGRAM LECTURES AND MATERIALS FOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS
All Program lectures will be made available in soft copy format to all registered participants within 7 days from the start of class. So for example if your class starts on November 20, 2017, you will receive your program lectures on November 13, 2017. Typically, due to the large size of our Program lectures data files, a link to our shared google drive will be provided to all registered Participants to access and download
READ AHEAD MATERIALS FOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS
All Read ahead materials will be made available in soft copy format to all registered participants within 30 days from the start of class. So for example if your class starts on November 20, 2017, you will receive your program lectures on October 30, 2017.Typically, due to large sizes of data files, a link to our shared google drive will be provided to all registered Participants to access and download
OUR REFUND POLICY
REFUND POLICY & ATTENDEE COURSE CANCELLATION:
If you need to cancel, please contact us at info@evmi.com. Full refunds, less a $100 processing fee per registrant, will be given to all cancellations received via email up to 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the first day of the course. Refunds will not be given if cancellation is received less than two weeks prior to your registered course date. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to the start of the course, you will be responsible for full tuition and receive a transfer voucher. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. If you cannot attend the course for which you have registered, you or your company may send a substitute or apply your registration to future courses available through Earned Value Management Institute®. **PLEASE NOTE: All refund requests are reviewed and approved refunds can take anywhere from 14 to 30 days to process and finalize.
COURSE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION: You will receive an email confirmation a few days (two to three days) after you submit your registration and full payment. Please read your confirmation letter carefully since it contains valuable information about course location etc. Please wait for your email confirmation before making any airline or hotel reservations.
REGISTER EARLY: Earned Value Management Institute® courses frequently sell out. We encourage you to register early.
PAYMENT: Payment for all courses must be received IN FULL at least two weeks before the course begins to hold your reservation. Changing registrations may create additional fees.
COURSE CANCELLATION:
Earned Value Management Institute® reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment or for other reasons they deem necessary. If the decision is made to cancel a course, Earned Value Management Institute® will make every reasonable effort to notify all registered attendees so they can make appropriate changes to their plans. If, for any reason, Earned Value Management Institute® cancels a course, they will assume no responsibility for nonrefundable airline tickets or other travel costs like hotel etc, however, Earned Value Management Institute® will refund only the full amount of the cost of the class that Earned Value Management Institute® cancels.
Most of our courses and credential certification programs require that read ahead materials such as case studies and exercises are sent either via soft copy or hard copy formats to the Participant before the start of the scheduled class. In the event that a Participant has received any read ahead materials whether in soft copy or hard copy formats before the start of the class, Earned Value Management Institute® will not issue a refund for the cost of the course/program and will advise the Participant to re-schedule the class at a later date with Earned Value Management Institute® when the course is offered. We are unable to refund in any circumstances any cost of the course or programs that the Participant has been admitted into if we have already have emailed or mailed out any part or parts of our Intellectual Property that is related to the course that the Participant has applied for or registered.

OUR EVMP® EXAM REGRADE POLICY
EVMP® Exam Regrade Policy
EVMI® allows a one-time ONLY regrading of your EVMP® credential certification exam (parts A,B,C) at a cost of $1999 to the Requestor.
Payment of $1999 must be made via EVMI’s website https://www.evmi.com and must be received within 7 days after the date on your Earned Value Management Professional® EVMP® Results Notification letter. (In your letter, you can find this date located directly above the header Earned Value Management Professional EVMP® Results Notification Letter)
***You will need to write a letter requesting regrading and addressed to: Attn: EVMP® Certification Board. In your letter, include your full name, correct mailing address, date of examination, location of the exam testing site, and sign and date the regrading request with your original signature. Include the last four digits of your social security number in the letter (For USA Requestors only)
Failure to comply with ALL these rules will lead to disqualification of your EVMP certification regrading request.

**EVMI® does not recommend regrading as the EVMP® credential certification exam are accurately graded and it is highly unlikely that the regrading will change your original score. There are no refunds for regrading your EVMP® credential certification exam.
Regrades are only applicable if you completed all the requirements for EVMP certification Parts A, B and C by their given due dates. Regrades are not allowed if you only completed one part of your EVMP certification
Your EVMP certification is considered “ABANDONED” if you fail to submit any of the 3 required parts of your EVMP certification which are Parts A, B and C for grading and assessment by their given due dates

OUR COURSE RESCHEDULE/RESCHEDULING POLICY
EVMI® Earned Value Management Institute® allows its registered course Participants to reschedule their class for four reschedules for the same course which they were originally confirmed and registered for during a one year period.
EVMI® Earned Value Management Institute® can also reschedule a class for 4 times during one calendar year for the following reasons:
- Not enough Participants enrollment for scheduled course (Some courses require a minimum of ten Participants and others require a minimum of 25 or 100)
- Class or course coincides with a Public or Federal Government mandated holiday
- Health outbreak such as flu, cholera, typhoid fever or air-borne diseases etc
- Instructor unavailability due to sudden illness or family emergency related to Instructor
- Acts of God such as fire outbreaks, flooding, hurricanes etc
- Unforeseen closures due to security issues related to Terrorism in affected areas where classes are provided
- Civil unrest and demonstrations
- Wars
If you are unable to attend your class after 4 reschedules the participant will lose the full cost of their class.
If EVMI® Earned Value Management Institute® is unable to provide the course after 4 reschedules, EVMI® Earned Value Management Institute® will issue you with either a partial or full refund.

Question # 6B: What is the EVMP® exam retake policy and where can I register for EVMP® re-examination?
If you do not pass the EVMP® examination on the first attempt, you are given up to 90 days to retake the EVMP® examination (PART A) and PART B Exercises. The 90 days is calculated from the date on your EVMP® examination results notification sheet and not from the date that you took the actual EVMP® examination. To qualify for EVMP certification re-examination, you must have completed and submitted all 3 parts of the EVMP certification: Parts A, B and C by their due dates.
The cost for retaking the EVMP® examination (PART A) and PART B Exercises is $1999.00. You will have to send a written request for the EVMP® examination (PART A) and PART B Exercises re-examination forms by sending an email request to: certification@evmi.com
If you are not successful after the second attempt, you must re-apply again to take the full EVMP® training course. (Our EVMP® program is very dynamic and the EVMP® program materials change every 90 days based on new information, trends and information).
If you failed the EVMP® examination PART A and PART B Exercises after the second attempt and will like to retake the class, you will need to pay full price.

All EVMi® credential certification participants in the following EVMi® credential certification programs: CAEVM™, EVMP®, CEVO®, EVMA™, CCAM®, RQMP®, SPMP™, EVMD/EVMO™, CPCO®, and ChPCO™ shall abide by the EVMi® Honor and Integrity Code which aims to foster an atmosphere of integrity, trust, ethical and responsible behavior and to reinforce the importance of honesty and integrity conduct before, during and after the execution and delivery of any of EVMi®’s examinations and exercises.
SECTION 1: PURPOSE OF THE EVMi® HONOR AND INTEGRITY CODE
The objective of the EVMi® Honor and Integrity Code is to foster a sense of trust, responsibility, and professionalism among current and prospective EVMi® credential certification participants; and between participants and EVMi®. The EVMi® Honor and Integrity Code fundamental goals are to promote ethical behavior, to ensure the integrity of the academic enterprise, and to develop in participants a sense of responsibility to maintain the honor of the Earned Value Management (EVM) profession. This code of behavior is designed to assist in the professional and intellectual development of all EVMi® credential certification holders and during their journey to becoming certified in any of the EVMi® credential certification programs: CAEVM™, EVMP®, CEVO®, EVMA™, CCAM®, RQMP®, SPMP™, EVMD/EVMO™, CPCO®, and ChPCO™ and also as members of the earned value management (EVM) community. All members of the earned value management community must be accountable to themselves and others.
SECTION 2: PROSPECTIVE/CURRENT EVMi® CREDENTIAL CERTIFICATION HOLDERS’ RESPONSIBILITIES RELATED TO ACADEMIC DISHONESTY AND VIOLATIONS OF THE EVMi® HONOR AND INTEGRITY CODE
1) All prospective/current EVMi® Credential Certification Holders’ Responsibilities must not:
- Give or receive aid or assistance during an EVMi® related examination or assignment. Example is presenting the same answers for same questions from different participants
- Give or receive unpermitted aid in EVMi® related examinations or assignments.
- Plagiarize any source in the preparation of EVMi® related academic papers, exercises, assignments, examinations; or EVMi® project case study presentations.
- Falsify any EVMi® related reports, case studies or analytical results.
- Infringe upon the rights of any other EVMi® participants to fair and equal access to educational materials.
- Violate any other commonly understood principles of academic honesty.
- Share information on EVMi® related examination questions and/or discussing the nature of EVMi® related examination questions on past examinations or examinations that you have taken
- Assist in preparing parts or whole sections of other participants’ EVMi® related exercises or case studies or examinations
- Present others’ original works as yours
2) No code can explicitly enumerate and list all conceivable instances of prohibited conduct. In situations where the boundaries of proper conduct are unclear, the participant has the responsibility to seek clarification from EVMi®
3) Each participant has the fullest responsibility to participate in the enforcement of the EVMi® Honor and Integrity Code. Failure to take appropriate action is in itself a violation of the EVMi® Honor and Integrity Code.
4) The participant must agree to participate in the enforcement of the EVMi® Honor and Integrity Code while enrolled at EVMi®
SECTION 3: ACADEMIC DISHONESTY AND VIOLATIONS OF THE EVMi® HONOR AND INTEGRITY CODE AND RECOMMENDATIONS
If an infraction and violation of the EVMi® Honor and Integrity Code occurs, EVMi® Recommendation(s) could include, but are not limited to, one or more of the following:
a. Advising the participant regarding the next steps
b. Recommending that the participant in violation seek professional assistance which will be at the participant’s expense.
c. Recommending conditions with which the participant must comply in order to continue in the EVMi® credential certification program or course in which infraction/violation occurred
d. Recommending that the entire work product presented be totally discarded, which might result in an Incomplete Grade, with the requirement that the participant satisfactorily completes compensatory work, or is re-evaluated on relevant material
e. Recommending that a grade of F be awarded, with the remedy for the F being the repetition of the entire course/EVMi® credential certification program with a notation of “Failed the course for academic dishonesty [or violation of the EVMi® Honor and Integrity Code]” appearing on the transcript/grade and score summary sheet, and with the notation to be expunged at the option of EVMi® or at a later date or upon completion.
f. Recommending that a grade of F be awarded, with the remedy for the F being the repetition of the entire course/EVMi® credential certification program with a notation of “Failed the course for academic dishonesty [or violation of the EVMi® Honor and Integrity Code]” placed permanently on the transcript.
g. Recommending temporary suspension from the EVMi® credential certification program or course, with the notation of “Suspended for academic dishonesty [or violation of the EVMi® Honor and Integrity Code]” placed permanently on the transcript.
h. Recommending permanent dismissal from the EVMi® credential certification program or course, with the notation of “Dismissed for academic dishonesty [or violation of the EVMi® Honor and Integrity Code]” placed permanently on the transcript.
